Passenger Contract for Private Hire Services
This passenger contract (the "Contract") is entered into between the passenger (the "Passenger") and Ryl VIP Cars Ltd (the "Operator") for the provision of Private Hire services.
1 Definitions:
- "Private Hire" means the provision of transportation services using licensed Private Hire vehicles, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
- "Operator" means Ryl Vip Cars Ltd, the licensed operator of Private Hire services, responsible for booking and dispatching and responsible for the passenger journey of the Private Hire vehicles.
- "Passenger" means the person(s) who have booked Private Hire services and are being transported by the Private Hire vehicle.
2 Booking:
All Private Hire journeys must be pre-booked through the Operator's licensed booking service, either by phone or online through a secure booking portal. The Passenger must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including the date, time, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special requirements or requests.
3 Payment:
The Passenger shall pay the fare for the Private Hire service to the Operator or driver at the end of the journey while Payment can be made through the Operator's online secure payment portal as well. The Passenger must provide accurate and complete payment information at the time of booking. The fare may be calculated based on the distance travelled or by a fixed rate agreed upon at the time of booking. The Operator may require a deposit or payment in advance for certain journeys or at their discretion.
4 Cancellation:
The Passenger may cancel a Private Hire booking by notifying the Operator at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. The Operator reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if the cancellation is made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
5 Conduct:
The Passenger shall behave in a responsible and respectful manner at all times during the Private Hire journey. The Passenger shall not engage in any illegal or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to, smoking, consuming alcohol or drugs, or carrying any dangerous or prohibited items. The Operator or driver may terminate the journey immediately if the Passenger violates this clause, and the Passenger will be responsible for any resulting costs or damages.
6 Complaints:
In the event of any complaint or feedback, the Passenger should contact the Operator or driver as soon as possible. The Operator shall investigate and respond to any complaint in a timely and professional manner.
7 Insurance:
Royal Vip Cars will maintain insurance coverage for the Vehicle and its passengers in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Passenger agrees to hold Royal Vip Cars harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the Journey, except to the extent such claims, damages, losses, and expenses are caused by Royal Vip Cars' negligence or willful misconduct.
8 Governing Law:
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ryl VIP Cars Ltd is licensed, which is United Kingdom.
Passengers Agreement According to Private Hire Services Contact
By booking a journey with us, the passenger agrees to pay the agreed fare for the journey, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. The fare includes any applicable taxes and fees.
You agree to provide Royal Vip Cars with accurate information about yourself, including your name, address, and contact information. You also agree to allow Royal Vip Cars to collect and use your personal information in accordance with Royal Vip Cars' Privacy Policy.
As a passenger, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the journey, including any requirements related to masks or other personal protective equipment.
Agreement to cooperate with the driver: You agree to cooperate with the driver and follow their instructions during the journey, including any instructions related to the pickup or drop-off location.
Agreement to indemnify and hold harmless: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the driver and our company from any claims or damages arising from their use of our services.
As a passenger using Ryl Vip Cars' services, you understand that you are responsible for your own actions and behavior while using these services. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Royal Vip Cars' services.
By clicking the "Book Now" button and by booking a journey with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Passenger Contract and its terms and conditions as well as your obligation to fulfill them. This agreement applies to all services provided by Royal Vip Cars Ltd, licensed in the United Kingdom. We take our contractual obligation seriously and will take all necessary steps to ensure that the journey is carried out in accordance with these terms.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Passenger Agreement from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for any updates. Your continued use of Royal Vip Cars' services after any changes to this agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
